Overview
The Safely Protection Program provides insurance coverage for damages to your rental properties resulting from guest activities during their rental period. Facilitated through a seamless integration with Lodgify, The Safely Protection Program offers four protection plans designed to address both accidental and intentional damage caused by guests throughout their booking duration. The cost of insurance is assessed on a per-night basis. The Safely Protection Program is seamlessly embedded within the Lodgify platform, offering a convenient and efficient means to safeguard your rental properties.
Upon activation, damage protection is applied to every reservation, and it cannot be selectively applied on a booking-by-booking basis. All bookings, whether direct, manually booked in Lodgify, or through a listing channel (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, etc.), are required to be covered. This approach ensures the distribution of risk across various bookings and properties of diverse types while maintaining affordability.
Presently, the damage protection program is exclusively available in the United States. At this time, guest screening is not included with this program.
